The City of Macon – Vehicle Maintenance Department goal is to insure that all services request received the highest level of attention we can provide. Customer service and satisfaction is our first priority.

What we do

We perform all functions of maintenance such as body work which consists of rust repair, damage repair, and painting, brake repairs, engine/transmission overhauls, routine oil changes, electronic analyzing & repairs, welding, fabricating and other tasks as requested.

With a fully-trained staff available at all times, it allows for flexibility in repairing equipment at a moments notice, thus saving in equipment downtime. Also, it is a tremendous asset to have the same mechanics working on familiar equipment, again providing for reduced expenses and increased maintenance expectations.
