City of Macon has established this website to
provide citizens with information concerning
parking regulations and the payment of parking
ticket. A
parking ticket must be paid within 20 days of
issuance to avoid additional fees.
There are four options for payment of tickets
and fees:

Payments
can be made by phone using the Voice Response
System system 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
To
pay by phone please have the ticket or notice
and one of the following credit cards available:
Visa, Master Card and Discover. During the hours
of 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Friday
(excluding City Holidays) callers have the option
of being transferred to a Municipal Court Representative
to obtain detailed ticket information.

Walk-in payments can be made during the hours
of 8:00 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Friday,
in cash, check, money order, Visa or MasterCard.
Municipal Court Representatives are available
to provide ticket and payment information.
